摘 要:目的探讨一种预测青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅰ类男性下颌骨生长量的方法。方法选择青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅰ类男性68名,分为两组。A组48名,分别以下颌综合长、下颌体长、下颌升支长为因变量,以时间、手腕骨骨龄、ANB角、SN-MP角、FH-MP角、后前面高比、Y轴角、下颌角为自变量,进行多元线性回归分析。B组20名,检验方程的可靠性。结果由A组得出Co-Gn增长量的预测方程。Y=10.77+0.19X1-0.18X2+7.75×10-2X3(r=0.76)Y:Co-Gn增长量,X1:生长时间,X2:手腕骨骨龄,X3:SN-MP角。B组样本对上述方程进行检验,结果表明方程的预测结果与实际生长量间无明显差别。结论上述方程可以对青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅰ类男性的下颌骨生长量进行预测。Objective To investigate a method for predicting mandibular growth potential in skeletal Class Ⅰ males during adolescent growth spurt. Methods Sixty men who were in adolescent growth spurt were included, and divided into 2 groups. A formula for predicting mandibular growth potential was derived from group A (48 boys ) and determined by stepwise multiple regression analysis. The reliability of the formula was tested in group B (20 boys). Results The formula to predict the increment of Co-Gn was established. Y = 10. 77 + 0. 19X1 (0. 18×2 + 7.75 × 10^-2 X3 ( r = 0.76) Y: increment of Co-Gn, X1 : time, X2 : hand-wrist bone age, X3 : angle SN-MP. There was no significant difference between the predicted and actual value. Conclusion The formula derived from this study may be useful for predicting mandibular growth potential in skeletal Class I males during adolescent growth spurt.
