星形细胞瘤中p33/ING1、Survivin蛋白表达与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨星形细胞瘤组织中p33/ING1、Survivin蛋白表达与患者预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化(S-P法)检测90例星形细胞瘤组织中p33/ING1、Survivin蛋白表达,并结合随访资料进行分析。结果:90例中p33/ING1蛋白的表达缺失为59例(66%),Survivin蛋白过度表达为57例(63%)。70例患者获随访,随访时间12-48个月,其中32例健在,38例死亡,总生存率为45.7%;死亡病例中Ⅲ级-Ⅳ级患者33例,占87%。单因素分析示p33/ING1和Survivin蛋白的表达在高低级别组之间存在着显著的差异(P<0.05);多因素分析结果提示肿瘤级别越高,患者生存期越短(P<0.001)。结论:p33/ING1和Survivin蛋白在胶质瘤中的表达与恶性程度相关。肿瘤的恶性程度与p33/ING1和Survivin蛋白表达可作为考察胶质瘤患者预后的重要指标。Objective ：To investigate the expression of p33/ING1 and Survivin proteins in human astrocytoma and their relation to the prognosis. Methods： In 90 cases of glioma the expression of p33/INGland Survivin proteins was TESTED by SP immunohistochemical method. And their relation to the outcome was analyzed. Results： In 90 cases of astrocytoma, loss of p33/ING1 protein expression was 59 cases （66%） and over expressio of p53 protein was 57 cases （63%）. Follow up data was available in 70 cases with a range of 12 to 48 months ,32 patients were alive and 38 patients died of disease with a survival rate of 45.7% , 33 of the dead cases were in histological grades Ⅲ - Ⅳ （87%）. The expressions of p33/ING1 and Survivin were sinificantly different between lowgrade and high -grade gliomas （ P 〈 0.05 ）. On Cox multivariate analysis, histological grade was the only significant variable in predicting outcome（P〈0.001）. Conclusion：The expressions of p33/ING1 and Survivin were correlated with glioma malignant degree. The malignant degree, p33/ING1 and Survivin expressions were prognostic parameters of glioma.
