摘　　要：目的:探讨MTM正畸技术在成人前牙美容中的作用。方法:从近年已完成正畸治疗的患者中整理出因前牙美容问题而运用MTM正畸技术治疗的成人患者42名。对其就诊情况和治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果:42例患者(男性11名,女性31名),活动矫治6人,固定矫治36人,平均疗程10.35个月。有32人仅通过MTM正畸治疗就达到了效果,有10人在完成正畸后进行了修复治疗,所有患者均取得了满意的临床治疗效果。结论:MTM正畸技术是一种能有助于减少牙体组织的损伤,维护牙周组织的健康,帮助提高前牙美容效果的技术,值得在临床推广应用。运用多学科的知识,制订适合于不同个体的、明确的、详细的治疗目标,是治疗成功的关键。Objective To investigate the effects of MTM orthodontic technique on esthetics of anterior teeth for adults. Methods To collect the adult cases that have been treated with TMT orthodontic technique for anterior teeth problems from all orthodontic patients who have been finished recent years, there are 42 cases totally, then to retrospect and analyze their states of first visit,clinic treatment and effects. Results There were 11 males and 31 females,and 6 cases treatmented with removeale appliances, 36 with fixed appliances,their average treatment periods was 10.35 months. 32 cases reached satisfactoy effects only by MTM technique and 10 cases were also restored by prosthetics after TMT. All cases have attained satisfactory effects. Conclusion MTM is a technique of reducing the damages of tooth body and is helpful to tooth periodontic tissues.it is also helpful to enhancing the esthetics effects of anterior teeth, it is the key to use multi-disciplinary knowledges and make a explicit, detailed target .
