摘　　要：纹理特征是图像分析的重要线索。本文介绍了几种纹理特征提取方法及其在医学领域中应用,在此基础上提出了医学图像纹理分析技术在疾病诊断中面临的重点和难点,并指出了其发展前景。Texture feature is an important clue of image analysis. This paper introduces several extraction methods of texture feature and its application in medical science. Based on this,we pose the focal and important points which disease diagnosis faces to while using texture analysis technique, and indicate its develop perspective.
