摘 要:在许多运用场合,特别是大功率和轻载条件下,Z源逆变器电流应力较大,调制系数与直通时间存在约束关系。为了缓和以上矛盾,经过分析,运用将Z源逆变器串联,H桥级联,附加分流管等方法构建了改进拓扑。通过MATLAB/SIMULINK软件对各种拓扑结构进行了仿真验证,证明了以上几种改进拓扑能大大减小Z源逆变器的电流和电压应力。In many cases, the limitation for Z-source inverter was revealed, especially in high power and light-load applications. The major problems were high current stress for inverter bridge and constraint relationship between modulation index and shoot-through duty. To solve these problems above, a few improved Z-source inverter topologies, such as cascading Z-source inverters and H bridges, adding shunting current diodes, were discussed in detail, being constructed. Simulation result relying on MATLAB/SIMULINK proves that these proposed topologies reduce the current and voltage stresses effectively.
