摘 要:目的:研究口腔鳞癌(OSCC)和口腔正常黏膜中组织因子(TF)的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)和淋巴结转移的关系,了解OSCC中TF在肿瘤血管生成中的作用,为OSCC的研究和治疗提供理论依据。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC方法,检测了42例OSCC和10例正常口腔黏膜中TF的表达和CD34抗体标记的MVD值。结果:在OSCC组织中TF的阳性表达为64.29%,显著高于在正常口腔黏膜组织中的表达(10.00%,P<0.01);TF与肿瘤的淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01);TF的表达与MVD值之间存在显著相关性(r=0.611,P<0.001)。结论:TF参与了OSCC中的血管生成,对OSCC的生长、浸润和转移有促进作用。Objective: To compare the expression of tissue factor (TF) in normal tissue and in oral squamous-cell carcinoma(OSCC), and to investigate the correlation between TF expression and microvessel density (MVD)in OSCC, so as to study the function of TF in angiogenesis,and provide valuable scientific basis for the research and treatment of OSCC. Methods: The expression of TF in 42 cases of human OSCC and 10 specimens of normal oral mucosa was detected by using SABC immunohistochemistry method. Tumor microvessel density (MVD) was evaluated by using IHC with anti-CD34 antibody as endothdlial marker. Results: (1)The positive expression rates of TF in tissue was significantly higher in OSCC (64.29%) than that in normal oral mucosa( 10.00% ;P 〈0.01 ) ; (2)TF expression was correlated with the lymph node metastasis in OSCC, (P 〈0.01 ). (3) TF expression was positively correlated with MVD in OSCC. (r =0. 611, P 〈0. 001 ). Conclusion: TF takes part in the angiogenesis of OSCC and may act in growth, invasion and metastasis of OSCC. It needs further research whether TF could be used as an indictor for the biological characteristics of OSCC.
