摘　　要：计算化学软件是当今化学研究领域中的重要工具,它们不仅能够模拟立体的分子模型和动态的反应过程,并可以预测分子的物理化学参数和光谱特征。在大学有机化学教学中,计算化学软件由于其直观性和交互性的特点,也广泛应用于计算机辅助教学。本文结合具体的教学实例,探讨计算化学软件如何在有机化学课程教学中应用,以增强课堂教学的生动性,提高教学质量。Computational chemistry softwares are important tools in the fields of modern chemical researches, which not only simulate three-dimensional molecular models and dynamic reaction processes, but also predict physical chemical parameters and spectrum properties of molecules. In the teaching of college organic chemistry, these computational chemistry softwares are also widely used for computer assisted instruction because of their direct viewing and interactive characters. With the combination of several teaching examples, the method of the application of computational chemistry softwares in the teaching of organic chemistry course was discussed to increase the vitality of courses and improve the quality of teaching.
