成釉细胞瘤X线征象与病理对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨成釉细胞瘤的X线特点与组织病理间的相关性。方法对病理确诊的有完整X线资料的153例成釉细胞瘤的X线片和组织病理类型进行回顾性分析,比较不同组织病理类型的成釉细胞瘤X线表现。结果①本组病例X线表现为多房型者82例(53.59%),单房型71例(46.41%);②一般型成釉细胞瘤96例,包括滤泡型13例及非滤泡型83例,X线表现为单房型35例(36.46%),多房型61例(63.54%)。单囊型成釉细胞瘤57例,X线表现为单房型36例(63.16%);多房型21例(36.84%)。2种组织类型中单房型和多房型X线表现率比较有显著统计学差异(P(0.005)。结论单囊型成釉细胞瘤主要表现为单房型影像,一般型成釉细胞瘤主要表现为多房型影像,蜂窝型影像多见于滤泡型成釉细胞瘤。Objective To study the correlation between histopathologieal findings and X - ray appearances of ameloblastomas. Methods X -ray characteristics and histopathologieal features in 153 cases of ameloblastomas were analyzed retrospectively, and their relation was comparatively analyzed. Results ① On radiography,the lesions appeared as muhiloeular in 82 cases （53.59%） and uniloeular in 71 cases （46.41%）. ②96 cases were classic ameloblastomas,ineluding follicular type in 13 cases and non -follicular type in 83 eases,X -ray showed uniloeular appearance in 35 （ 36.46% ） and muhiloeular appearance in 61 cases （ 63.54% ）. 57 cases were unieystie ameloblastoma , X -ray showed uniloeular appearance in 36 eases（63.16% ） and muhiloeular appearance in 21 cases（ 36.84% ）. There was significant diffrenee statistically in the X - ray features of uniloeulus and muhiloeulus between the two histopathologieal patterns （ P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion Unieystie ameloblastomas often have uniloeular radiologie appearance,classic ameloblastomas are mostly of multiloeular radiologic appearance,while,the honeycomb radiologie appearances are common seen follicular type ameloblastoma.
