摘　　要：本文介绍ZKY－95型智能真空计的功能及基本原理，其测量范围为100－10－5Pa，采用数字滤波、软件精度补偿等数字信号处理方法，具有数码显示、自动换量程、过载保护等功能。This paper introduces the functions andfundament of the ZKY-95 intelligent pressure manometer. Its measuring range is from 100 pa to 10-5Pa. It usessuch digital signal process methods as digital filter and software precision compensation, and ithas a series of functions such as digital display, automatic change of measuring range, andoverload protection.
