考试应激对大学生血清4种元素的影响

摘　　要：[目的]检测大学生期末考试和寒假返校血清钙、镁、锌、铜含量,探讨考试应激对血清中4种元素的影响和规律。[方法]原子吸收分光光度法测定大学生期末考试和寒假返校血清钙、镁、锌、铜含量,Paired-SampleTTest检验分析两组间差异。[结果]期末考试血清钙、镁、锌、铜含量分别为(μg/ml):130.20±15.6,25.37±5.13,0.787±0.21,0.721±0.20;寒假返校血清钙、镁、锌、铜含量分别为(μg/ml):119.68±7.45,21.33±4.30,0.838±0.27,0.695±0.11,两组相比较,考试应激后学生血清钙、镁含量相对寒假返校升高显著(P﹤0.05),锌、铜变化无统计学意义。[结论]考试应激对血清中钙和镁含量有明显影响,预测钙作为衡量与考试类似心理应激的生化指标。[Objective] To observe the contents of serum Ca, Mg, Zn and Cu among undergraduates after final and returning to College after winter vacation, and study the effects of exam stress on the contents of four serum elements among undergraduates. [ Methods] Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to measure the contents of four serum elements, and analyzed the differece in the two groups by Paired-Sample T Test. [ Results] The contents of serum Ca, Mg, Zn and Cu of undergraduates after final as follow （μg/ml） ： 130.20±15.6, 25.37±5.13, 0.787±0.21, 0.721±0.20; among undergraduates returning college after winter Vacation as follow （μg/ml） ： 119.68±7.45, 21.33±4.30, 0.838±0.27 , 0.695±0.11; from the abtained data in this study, the contents of serum Ca and Mg of medical students after final were found to be significantly higher than those after winter vacation （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] Exam stress have significant effect on the contents of serum elements, and forecasting the content of .serum Ca may act as biochemical index for assessing the psychological stress such as exam stress.
