摘　　要：学科带头人更迭是实现大学学科组织延续和健康发展的重要环节,从国家重点学科带头人更迭的实践来看,学科建设中应当对学科带头人的更迭活动进行规范,建立合理的更迭机制,对学科带头人更迭结果进行有效的控制。The alteration of discipline leaders constitutes the key to organizational succession and sound development of disciplines at university. Judging from the alteration of leaders for state key disciplines, discipline construction Should include regulation of alteration of discipline leaders and establishment of suitable alteration mechanism to effectively control alteration of discipline leaders.
