摘　　要：本文论述了个人知识管理的内涵及意义,指出传统个人知识管理工具的缺陷,阐述了博客、RSS、维基、标签等Web2.0技术的特点及在个人知识管理中发挥的作用,并以"老槐也博客"和360doc个人图书馆为例,阐述Web2.0在个人知识管理中的具体应用。This paper discussed the connotation and significance of personal knowledge management. It pointed out the defects of traditional tools for personal knowledge management. The article also elaborated the features of Web2.0 technology such as Blog, RSS, Wiki, Tag and the role in personal knowledge management, it took some examples to illustrate the practical application of Web2.0 teclmology in personal knowledge management.
