摘　　要：我国农村宅基地使用权法律制度存在一些缺陷,其立法基础和标准不统一,导致现行相关法律规定相互矛盾。我国应确立完善的农村宅基地使用权登记制度,逐步建立农村宅基地有期限、有偿使用制度,在条件成熟时应以立法形式规范农村宅基地使用权的流转。There exist some defects in the system of the use right to rural house sites in China. The incongruity between the legislation basis and standards leads to the current contradictions between existing related laws and regulations. A viable registration system of use right to house sites in rural areas should be established and a system of paid use with limited time period should be gradually set up. When the conditions are ripe, the transfer of the use right should be regulated by law.
