大学生职业适应性状况及相关对策的实证研究

摘　　要：文章通过对重庆市6所高校的392名大学生的调查研究,揭示大学生学习及技能适应性、人际适应性、职业心态适应性、职业选择适应性和职业环境适应性的特点,并对不同性别、年龄和专业学生职业适应性进行比较分析,在此基础上提出了培养大学生职业适应性的相应对策。Based on an empirical analysis on a sample composed of 392 undergraduate students from Chongqing＇ s six universities, we find that occupational adaptability can be divided into five dimensionalities, named study and skill adaptability, intercommunicate adaptability, occupational consciousness adaptability and career choose adaptability, environment adaptability. We analyze the differences in occupational adaptability for the different types of students, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the students＇ occupational adaptability.
