摘　　要：作为一名农民出身的画家,米勒的笔下倾注的是对贫苦劳作的农民的深切同情,对不和谐社会现实的一种批判和对农村田园生活着迷般的热爱。文章将米勒的农民性格和艺术表现方式相结合,以他的劳动者题材画为切入点,来阐述其作品的现实主义风格特色和独特的艺术价值。Jean - Francois Millet was a painter as well as a farmer. From his paintings we can know his commiseration to the farmer,his critism to society and his devotion to the pastoral life. This article combines MiUet＇ s personality with his drawing theme and analyses his labour paintings, in order to interpret his realistic style and unique value.
