衰老矿井循环经济模式的构建

摘　　要：以循环经济理论为指导,以资源再次开发利用为目标,就衰老矿井循环经济发展模式进行了探讨。介绍了矿山企业特征,分析了衰老矿井的资源种类及特点,提出了衰老矿井资源开发利用的思路,构建了衰老矿井循环经济体系,尤其是依据衰老矿井空间布局及其发展的历史过程,建立了地面及地下基础设施资源的循环利用模式,为处于衰退期矿山企业发展循环经济及我国衰老矿井资源的再次利用提供了一定可借鉴的思路和途径。Based on the theory of circular economy and realizing the goal of resources＇ reuse, circular development model of aging mine is discussed. The features of coal mines are introduced, the types and characteristics of aging mines＇ resources are analyzed and the idea of aging mine resources＇ utilization are proposed. Utilization model of ground infrastructure and underground infrastructure based on the layout and historical development process of aging mine are constructed, which provides certain ideas and ways for the development of circular economy of aging mines and their reuse of resources.
