摘　　要：文章在构建企业技术创新能力综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用层次分析方法和灰色关联理论,建立了基于层次分析法的灰色关联度的企业创新能力的评价模型,利用该模型对企业进行了综合评价,得到了满意的结果。Firstly, the index system of comprehensive evaluation about the enterpnse s technology innovation capability is constructe . Then by use of the analytical hierarchy process （AHP） and the grey-relational theory, the corresponding evaluation model is set up. At last, this model is used to the ease analysis and the result shows that it ean sueeessfully be applied to the enterprise s eomprehensive evaluation.
