摘　　要：目的：探讨丝裂霉素加α-干扰素在膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注化疗预防肿瘤复发的效果。方法：36例膀胱恶性肿瘤患者行膀胱部分切除术或经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后，采用丝裂霉素20—40mg＋α-干扰素300万^u＋生理盐水40raL膀胱灌注18次预防膀胱肿瘤复发。结果：随访5年，灌注后复发率为11％。结论：膀胱癌术后丝裂霉素＋α-干扰素膀胱灌注化疗预防肿瘤复发，疗效肯定，不良反应小。Objective：To study the effect of the MMC and alpha - interferon irrigation of bladder cancer recurrence after operation. Methods ：Thirty six patients with bladder cancer were treated by the partial cystectoiny or TUR -BT and The MMC 20 40ing ＋ alpha - interferon 3inil. U ＋ NS 40InL irrigation of bladder after operation to prevent cancer recurrence total 18 times. Results：The patients were followed up for 6 -60 months, there were 4 cases getting recurrence, the recurrence rate was11.1%. Conclusion：The therapy is effective and the side effect is little.
