格拉司琼加甲强龙预防肺癌患者含顺铂化疗中胃肠道反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨格拉司琼联合甲强龙预防含顺铂化疗所致胃肠道反应的临床效果。方法79例肺癌病人随机分A、B两组,A组病人于化疗第1～5日每日静滴格拉司琼3mg和甲强龙40mg一次。B组病人单用格拉司琼3mg静滴,方法和疗效同A组。结果应用格拉司琼和甲强龙对急性呕吐的有效率达97.7%,对避免呕吐有效率达100%。结论格拉司琼预防肺癌病人含顺铂化疗所致恶心呕吐与与甲强龙有协同作用。Objective To investigate the joint granisetron prevention with a strong-eisplatin chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal reactions of clinical effect. Methods 79 cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into groups A and B, group A patients in the daily intravenous chemotherapy 1 - 5 granisetron A 3 mg and 40 mg once-strong. Group B patients alone granisetron 3 mg intravenous drip, methods and efficacy of the same group A. Results Granisetren and A-Long acute vomiting efficiency of 97.7 % , in order to avoid vomiting efficiency was 100%. Conclusion： Granisetron prevention of lung cancer patients with eisplatin ehemotherapy-indueed nausea and vomiting and with a strong LONG synergies.
