摘　　要：开放性实验室是高等学校实施素质教育,培养学生创新精神与实践能力的重要基地,是培养现代创新人才、提供知识向能力转化的实践课堂.管理好开放实验室有助于学生提前与社会接轨,缩短就业后的适应期。Open laboratory is an important base of basic essence education and bility of put ideas into practice at university. It is also a classroom for training and bringing about conversion of knowledge into ability. That open laboratory is training for creativity and the atalents with lots of original ideas managed well contributes to students going to social ahead of the schedule and shortening period of adapting themselves to new environment after employment.
