摘  要:用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分析了Fe-V合金CD渗碳及渗碳加等温处理后的组织。结果表明:Fe-V合金CD渗碳的最佳碳势为1.40%,此碳势为渗层不出现Fe3C的最高碳势。渗层的最表层组织为γ+V4C3,次表层的组织为α+V4C3,碳化物颗粒的尺寸随渗层的深入逐渐增大,由表层的250 nm增加至2.5μm。渗碳后的等温处理可以使碳化物的颗粒尺寸大大减小,更加均匀,数量明显增多。The microstructures of Fe-V alloys after carbide dispersion carburizing (CDC) and carburizing plus isothermal treating have been investigated by means of optical microscopy ( OM ) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the optimal carbon potential for carbide dispersion carburizing of Fe-V alloys is 1.40 wc% which is the maximum carbon potential value to obtain carburized case without the compound Fe3C. The superficial layer of carburized case is comprised of γand V4C3 phases and hypo-surface consisted of α and V4C3 phases. The size of carbide particles is gradually increased with the increase in carburized case depth from 250 nm to 2.5 μm below surface, whereas the size of carbide particles will be considerably decreased, their distribution will be more homogenous and the amount will be apparently increased when the Fe-V alloys are carbide dispersion carburized and subsequently isothermally treated.
