摘  要:在脲醛树脂合成的实验教学中,采用提问式、讨论式、发现式、启发式、比较式等多种教学方法,增强学生的学习兴趣和积极性,使其掌握实验原理,熟悉操作过程;改进了脲醛树脂合成的实验步骤,根据尿素和甲醛的加成缩聚反应机理,探讨了反应物摩尔比、反应体系pH值、反应温度和反应时间对实验效果的影响,提高了实验的成功率.Some teaching methods, such as inquiry, discussion, discovery, heuristic teaching, comparison and others have been used in the experimental teaching of urea - formaldehyde resin synthesis. The purpose is not only to arouse the enthusiasm of students'interest but also to master the experimental principle and let the students be familiar with the process. The synthetic route of urea - formaldehyde resin was improved. According to the mechanism of urea with formaldehyde addition - condensation reaction, the impact factors of experimental on the molar ratio of the reaction, the reaction system pH, reaction temperature and reaction time have been discussed and the success rate of the experiment was improved.
