摘　　要：目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)在食管癌及食管病变中的表达及意义。方法:应用SP法检测50例食管鳞癌及其周围正常食管粘膜、20例食管粘膜低级别不典型增生、20例食管粘膜高级别不典型增生中VEGF和MMP-2的表达。结果:VEGF和MMP-2在食管鳞癌中的表达阳性率分别为68%和70%,两者都明显高于其他各组食管病变,且VEGF和MMP-2在食管癌中的表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移呈相关。结论:VEGF和MMP-2与食管癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective：To investigate the expression of VEGF and MMP-2 in esophageal carcinoma and other esophageal disease. Methods： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-2 in 50 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and surrounding normal epithelium, 20 cases of low-grade dysplasia and high-grade dysplasia. Results： The positive rates of VEGF and MMP-2 esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were 68% and 70%, respectively. The expression of VEGF and MMP-2 were slightly higher in squamous cell carcinoma than in other esophageal diseases. （P〈0.05）, and both of them were associated with Lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）.Conelusion：VECF and MMP-2 is associated with the growth of esophageal carcinoma and may play an important role in the metastasis of carcinogenesis of esophagus.
