药事管理学教学中学生药学职业道德的培养探析

摘　　要：目的探索、研究《药事管理学》教学中对学生药学职业道德的培养。方法通过分析道德、职业道德培养在人才培养中的重要性和《药事管理学》教学实践，分析《药事管理学》教学中药学职业道德培养具体内容。结果与结论药学职业道德培养是药学人才培养的重要内容之一，教学中应重视学生职业道德的培养并且将道其贯穿整个教学过程之中，这将对药学生以后的职业生涯和执业行为产生一定影响。Objective Exploring and Studying on cultivation on ethics of pharmacy profession in teaching of Pharmcy Administration. Methods Analyzing the content of cultivation on ethics of pharmacy profession by analyzing the importance of ethic and profession ethics cultivation during the cultivation of the talents and by teaching practice. Results and Conclusions Cultivation on ethics of pharmacy profession is very important in culavation of the talents. It should be attached importance to and be put in the whole teaching of Pharmacy Administration, which will affect college students＇ profession life and profession action.
