摘　　要：介绍了火焰原子吸收法测定复合冷饮乳化增稠剂中铁的方法,与常规邻菲罗啉比色法相比,此法方便简捷,结果准确。A method of determining iron in compound emulsifying-thickening agents for cold drinks by flame atomic absorption spectrometry is described. Compared with the conventional phenanthroline colorimetry, this method is simple and accurate.
