摘　　要：培养大学生的"三创"精神是高校提高教学质量的一项重要任务,高等学校必须承担起创新、创造、创业的行为职责。在"三创"活动的探索与思考中,为大学生搭建"三创"平台。To cultivate students＇ sptrit of ＂Three Creations＂ is an important task of university to improve the teaching quality. University must undertake the responsibilities of cultivating students＇ abilities of creation, innovation and starting business and provide the platform of ＂Three Creations＂ for students.
