摘　　要：从研究生的现状,将研究生的培养目标重新定位;根据创新人才的特征,进一步探讨研究生培养过程中存在的问题。高度重视研究生的实践创新能力的培养,针对存在的问题提出多种方式改进研究生的实验教育,设想各种渠道促进研究生实践创新能力的提高,为社会输送合格的人才。This paper proposed that how to re-orientate the post gradnates＇ cultivation goal based on the current condition, and how to further discuss the existing problems in the cultivating process according to the characters of innovative talents. Stress is placed on the cultivation of postgraduates＇ practical innovative abilities. A variety of methods are presented to improve postgraduates＇ experimental teaching. Various channels are provided to enhance postgraduates＇ practical innovative abilities.
