大学实验室建设的原则

摘　　要：根据当前实验室建设的需要,提出并综述了高校实验室建设和管理中需要遵循的九项原则,即最先需求原则、先进性原则、资源共享原则、综合建设原则、可扩展性原则、效能原则、人本原则、规范化管理原则、开放管理原则。According to the needs of laboratory construction and management in university, nine basic Laboratory construction principles were put forward and summarized, including the earliest requirement principle, the advancement principle, the resources sharing principle, comprehensive construction principle, expansibility principle, effeciency principle, principle of humanism-care and that of standard management, and opening management principle.
