当前我国公民社会公德信仰状况研究——以江苏为例的抽样调查分析

摘　　要：道德的信仰化是社会道德对象化的前提,公民的公德信仰培育是构建和谐文化与建设和谐社会的基础性工程。调查表明,当前我国公民的公德信仰状况总体呈现出积极进步的态势,公德认知较为巩固,公德情感逐渐增强,但知与行、情与意不能完全统一的情况较为突出,公德习惯还有待养成。立足公共生活经验进行生动活泼的体验性教育是公德信仰培育的基本路径。The belief in morality is the prerequisite for the practice of public ethics,so the cultivation of citizens' public ethics is the basic project in building the harmonious culture and society.The survey shows that the general situation of Chinese citizens' belief in public ethics is active and progressive with the rather clear consciousness and increasing acceptance of public ethics.Yet there is still an obvious discord between consciousness and performance,emotion and will.This paper suggests that the basic means for cultivating public ethics is to conduct lively experiential activities involving real public life experience.
