对5·12汶川大地震后心理援助工作的思考

摘　　要：5·12汶川大地震给人们带来了极大的心理冲击,对地震中的受灾者进行心理援助具有重要意义。但是,灾后心理援助过程中出现了专业心理援助人员严重匮乏、心理援助工作呈无序状态、对心理援助对象的认定有局限、对灾区群众的心理援助缺乏系统和长期的规划、媒体宣传带来心理伤害、心理援助带有盲目性等问题。因此,应加强灾后心理援助的制度支撑和统一领导,建立长期的灾后心理援助机制,进一步培育专业的心理工作者,发展心理援助的民间力量,把心理重建与思想重建和文化重建结合起来,对受灾者及其他人群进行多种形式和科学有序的心理援助。The May 12 earthquake exerted an enormous psychological impact on people, so it is significant to provide the victims of the disaster with psychological aid. However, some problems arose in the process of psychological aid, such as a lack of professional psychological aid workers, a disorder in the psychological aid projects, a limited understanding of who should be the subject of psychological aid, no systematic and long-term plan of the psychological aid for victimS, new psychological hurts caused by the media reports, and blindness of the aid. Therefore, we should strengthen the support of institutions concerning the post-disaster psychological aid and the united leadership, establish a mechanism of long-term post-disaster psychological aid, train professional psychological workers, utilize the nongovernmental power of the psychological aid, combine psychological recovery with ideological and cultural reconstruction, and offer victims and other groups of people various kinds of scientific and systematic psychological aid.
