摘　　要：目的了解上皮钙粘附素(E-cadherin)在乳腺癌的表达及其临床意义。方法采用LsAB免疫组化法对97例乳腺癌的石蜡切片进行E-cadherin检测,了解其与乳腺癌临床预后因素的相互关系并绘制Kaplan-Meier生存曲线。结果1在乳腺癌中,E-cadherin蛋白正常表达率为43.3%。E-cadherin蛋白表达与腋淋巴结转移、临床分期相关,但与ER、PR表达无关;2Kaplan-Meier生存曲线进一步表明E-cadherin正常表达患者生存期较长。结论E-cadherin蛋白在乳腺癌表达降低,可能在乳腺癌的浸润和转移中起重要作用,对判断乳腺癌预后有重要的指导意义。Objective To study the expression of E-cadherin protein in primary breast cancer and it＇s clinical signification. Methods 97 cases of primary breast cancer were examined with immunohisto -chemical LsAB methods. Results The expression rate of E-cadherin in breast cancer was 43.3%. The expression of E-cadherin was associated with the axillaries nodal status and TNM stages, but not associated with hormone receptor. The patients with normal expression of E-cadherin had long survival time. Conclusion Reduction of expression of E-cadherin is a tendency in breast carcinomas. E-cadherin protein may be play an important role in infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer, and it is useful for evaluation of prognosis of breast cancer.
