^(125)I籽源组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨125I籽源组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤的方法及其对恶性肿瘤的治疗效果。方法将51例来自成都军区总医院和攀成钢青白江医院各种肿瘤患者纳入此研究。采用直视下或在B超、CT及X光机引导下穿刺腔道支架携带,将125I籽源植入病变区域,观察疗效。结果全组51例经治疗有效率达94.1%。结论放射性粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤是一种比较理想的治疗方式,可以作为肿瘤姑息治疗的首选及根治性手术的补充治疗。Objective To study the methods and effects of interstitial treatment by using ^125I-seed on malignancy. Methods Fifty-one cases of malignancy, who came from Chengdu army general hospitial and Chengdu Qingbaijiang hospitial of Panzhihua Steel Factory, were brought into this study. ^125I-seed was put into the tumour body by puncturing under direct sight , or guided by B type ultrasonic or CT. It could also be brought into tumour by digestive tract bracket under X-ray. All cases were counterchecked after two months. Results Ninety-four point one percent of all cases were effective. Conclusion Interstitial treatment by using ^125I-seed is a effective method, which can be treated as a preferred palliative method for malignancy, or as a supplement of operation.
