摘　　要：文章在分析舟山船员管理工作现状的基础上，剖析了船员管理存在的主要问题，以新颁布的《中华人民共和国船员条例》为理论依据，提出了加强船员管理的方法。Based on the analysis of the condition of Zhoushan＇s seafarers management, the article points out the major problems in the seafarers management and brings forward new management methods in light of the new Regulations of the People＇s Republic of China on Seafarers.
