摘　　要：论述高校图书馆应担负起大学生心理素质教育以及如何参与大学生心理素质教育的问题。This essay points out the present problems in psychological quality of university students, and dissertates that the university library should undertake the psychological quality education of university students and how to participate in the psychological quality education of university students.
