摘　　要：目前在临床广泛使用抗生素作为牙周炎的辅助治疗,包括抗生素的全身和局部应用。合理选择抗菌药物对于牙周炎的药物治疗效果至关重要。本文就牙周致病菌对各类抗菌药物的敏感性及抗菌药物治疗引起的细菌耐药性问题作一综述。Antimicrobial therapy has been widely used as adjunct to periodontal treatment in clinical practice, through the way of systemic administration or local delivery. Reasonable selection of antimicrobial agents plays an important role in antimicrobial therapy. In this review, the susceptibility of periodontal pathogenes to antimicrobial agents and antimicrobial resistance as a consequence of antimicrobial therapy will be described.
