摘　　要：企业国际化是当今国际经济学的热点问题。通过对企业竞争优势的分析,文章认为企业竞争优势源于企业资源上的比较优势,进一步探讨了在生产要素、市场要素、经营管理要素上具有不同比较优势的企业结合产业特点对贸易式、契约式和投资式三种国际化方式的选择。Internationalization of enterprises has long been a controversial issue in international economics. Through doing research on competitive advantages of enterprises, this paper holds the point that competitive advantages of enterprises come from comparative advanta- ges of resources. It has mainly analyzed the issue that how to choose the best suitable internationalization pattern according to different comparative advantages of resources and industrial feature.
