摘　　要：】体育院校毕业生就业工作与其它普通高校既有其共同性，又有其特殊性，如何根据体育院校毕业生就业特点做好这一工作，笔者经初步探讨认为：应建立体育专业性就业市场，增加毕业生实习时间，加强对毕业生的思想教育、就业指导和咨询服务工作，为毕业生在择业过程中能顺利找到最佳立足点打下良好的基础，使体育院校毕业生就业走向规范化、法制化、制度化的轨道。Employment of the graduates from physical institute has some common characteristics with that of other universities while its own characteristics still remain.The author makes a study of how to do this job well and presents his ideas herehin.The author believes that a professional employment market should be set up,the time of working practice should be longer,ideological education and employment guidance and imformation should be strengthened,so as to pave the way for the graduates in their choice of an ideal job and bring the employment of the students in physical education on a regular,legal and systematic way.
