摘　　要：第三期牙本质形成是牙髓-牙本质复合体因外界病理性刺激而产生的一种保护性反应。依据第三期牙本质基质的来源可进一步将其分为反应性牙本质和修复性牙本质。下面就第三期牙本质基质的形成过程作一综述。Tertiary dentinogenesis is a protective reaction caused by dentin-pulp complex to respond to surrounding pathological stimulus. According to the origin of tertiary dentin matrix, it may be subdivided into reactive dentin and reparative dentin. This review focused on the process of production of tertiary dentin matrix.
