摘　　要：用户终端设置和协议处理机制不规范,一直是数据增值业务发展的"瓶颈"。网络侧全流程容错纠错技术从网络侧解决了绝大部分用户数据业务设置问题和终端的不规范问题,吸纳了更多的用户使用数据增值业务,提高了网络效率和利用率。The error setting and bad protocol processing of handset is the bottleneck of data service, correction of data service network to adapt the problem of handset has solved this, and has attracted more end-user. This has also improved network usage.
