复合固体酸催化合成丁酸异戊酯

摘　　要：用丁酸和异戊醇为原料,复合固体酸为催化剂合成了丁酸异戊酯。得出了较好的酯化条件如下:丁酸用量0.35mol,异戊醇/丁酸摩尔比为1.2/1.0,复合固体酸用量0.3g,反应113℃～130℃,反应2.5h,酯化率为99.5%。Isoamyl butyrate was synthesized from butyric acid and isoamyl catalyzed by composite solid acid as the catalyst. The optimun condition of the esterification were determined as follows： n （isoamylol）：n （n-butanoic acid 0.35 mol）was 1.2：1.0, the dosage of composite solid acid 0.3 g, reacticon temperature 113-130℃, reactuon time 2.5 hours, and the yield was 99.5 %.
