摘　　要：利用云模型发生器和云不确定性推理实现地价影响因素语言值的定性定量转换,在此基础上,结合多元线性回归模型,对地价影响因素量化值和地价进行回归分析,提出了一种新的宗地地价评估方法,并进行了实例分析。By mapping qualitative linguistic words into a fine-changeable cloud drops and translating the uncertain land price factor conditions into quantitative values with the uncertain illation based on cloud model, and integrating multiple linear regression model, setting up a linear model between the land price and its influence factors, a new way of evaluating the parcel price is proposed. The case study shows that the potential of using this model for evaluating the parcel price.
