摘　　要：对工程项目承包商风险管理的工期、成本、质量和合同等传统研究领域的最新研究成果进行了回顾总结;从系统工程学、行为科学和信息技术3个方面,讨论了承包商风险管理研究发展的趋势。指出应组织跨学科的承包商进行综合风险管理研究,构建风险管理信息平台,重视风险管理规划,强化过程控制和风险评审,以达到提高企业的市场竞争力和可持续发展能力的目的。The latest research achievements in traditional research scopes of the engineering contractor risk management were reviewed.The developing trends were discussed from system engineering, behavior science and information technology, A multi-discipline contractor integrate-risk management paradigm was put forward to construct a platform for the risk management information system, to strengthen the risk process control and risk evaluation, and to improve the competitive competence and sustain-able development ability of the contractor.
