重型载货车车架减重设计中的若干技术措施

摘　　要：在某载重货车车架减重设计中,由于大梁截面尺寸改变后引起车架强度和刚度的下降,为此提出了相应的技术措施,并利用有限元方法对这些措施进行了仿真分析,随后的试验结果也表明这些措施是有效的,为同类问题的解决提供了有益的思路。In the weight reduction design of certain cargo vehicle frame, owing to the drop of strength and rigidity of vehicle frame caused by the variation of section of beam dimensions, for this reason the corresponding technical measures were put forward, and the simulative analysis was carried out on these measures by utilizing the finite element method. The result of succedent experiment indicated as well that these measures were effective and provided beneficial train of thoughts for＇solving problems of the same kind.
