摘  要:目的研究银杏叶中抗氧化活性物质的最佳提取工艺。方法应用微波辅助提取法提取银杏叶抗氧化活性物质,以清除DPPH自由基的IC50值为活性跟踪指标,采用正交实验对浸提条件进行了优化。结果最佳提取工艺为:微波辐射时间20 min,乙醇体积分数70%,固液比1∶20(g:ml),提取温度50℃。结论按此优化条件进行提取,平均IC50值为1.29μg/ml,银杏总黄酮得率可达到3.1%。Objective To study the optimum extraction process of antioxidative substances from Ginkgo biloba leaves. Methods Microwave assisted extraction (MAE) was used to extract antioxidative substances from Ginkgo biloba leaves. The extraction conditions of antioxidative substances from Ginkgo biloba leaves were studied by orthorhombic analysis and IC50 of scavenging DPPH free radical was used as the activity monitoring parameter. Results The optimum extraction conditions were :20 min, extraction time, 70% ethanol at 50℃, and a material/solvent ratio of 1:20(g-ml). Conclusion Under this condition, IC50 of scavenging DPPH free radical of antioxidative substances from Ginkgo biloba leaves is 1.29 μg/ml while the yield of flavonoids of Ginkgo biloba leaves is 3.1%.
