摘 要:目的研究不同性状的沙姜挥发油的化学成分,为控制沙姜挥发油的质量提供理论依据。方法采用超临界CO2法对沙姜的鲜品和干品进行挥发油的萃取,并利用气相-质谱联用法(GC/MS)对其组分进行分析鉴定。结果不同干燥状态的沙姜挥发油的化学成分有所不同,对沙姜鲜品、干品分别鉴定出28,31个化学成分。但二者均含有较多的对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯、十五烷、桂皮酸乙酯。结论利用GC/MS技术测定相对含量最高的对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯可作为沙姜挥发油质量控制一种快捷方法。Objective To study the chemical constituents of volatile oils from Kaempferia galanga L. in fresh and dried characters and provide the theoretical evidence for its quality control. Methods The volatile oils were extracted by supercritical fluid method and analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. The relative contents of the separated components were determined by normalization method in area. Results The volatile oils from Kaempferia galanga L. with various characters had a little difference in constituents and 28 and 31 of compounds were identified respectively. Both of them contain high quantities of ethyl - p - methoxycinnamate, pentadecane, and ethyl cinnamate. Conclusion The ethyl - p - methoxycinnamate determined by GC - MS method can be used as one quick, reliable and repeated approach for evaluation the quality of Kaempferia galanga L.
