摘  要:目的:应用基于CT的口腔种植外科计算机辅助设计软件DentiSlicer,制定口腔种植计划。方法:对49例牙列缺损患者全口取模,在模型上制作放射线阻射标记模板;患者戴模板后进行颌骨CT扫描;应用自主开发的口腔种植外科计算机辅助设计软件DentiSlicer解读标准DICOM CT数据,制定种植计划:结合应用外科模板完成种植体植入术。结果:DentiSlicer以人机交互方式测量线距、角度,根据种植体数据库选择合适的种植体长度、直径,设计其在颌骨植入位点以及植入方向等.制定了精确的种植计划,种植手术无1例失败。结论:基于CT的计算机辅助设计软件DentiSlicer.能使口腔种植外科医师充分了解颌骨受植区域解剖结构,从而使口腔种植更安全、精确。Objective: To apply a computer-assisted design software DentiSlicer in oral implant surgery for a pre-surgical plan. Methods- Duplicate models of the arch to be implanted were made from forty-nine patients. Radiographic templates were fabricated on the models. Dicom-format CT data were obtained from the patients wearing radiographic templates. From the CT database, the software DentiSlicer that runs on a standard computer was used for oral implant pre-surgical plans. Following the plans, implant surgeries were finished. Results: In the way of Human-Computer Interaction, this computer-assisted design (CAD) software DentiSlicer made measurements of angles and distances, choices of favorite implant from the implant database, determinations of the localizations and directions of the implants.Implants were successfully placed without any complications. Conclusion: Software DentiSlicer will enable the oral implant surgeon more accurate in treatment planning,and leading to more precision outcomes.
