摘　　要：目的:探讨颌骨陈旧性骨折术后功能训练的方法。方法:采用微型钛夹板内固定治疗陈旧性颌骨骨折32例,术后随机分为康复组16例,简单颌间牵引组16例,随访0.5～2年。结果:康复组术后2周内即恢复咬合等功能。简单颌间牵引组需4周才可恢复咬合等功能。结论:术后功能训练可以早期恢复陈旧性颌骨骨折的咬合等功能。Objective： To investigate the curative effect in the early stage with postoperative rehabilitation in old jaw fractures. Methods： 32 cases of old jaw fractures with orthognathic surgery and rigid internal fixation were randomly and equally divided into rehabilitation group and intemlaxillary traction group , followed up for 6 months to 2 years. Results： Occlusal function of patients in rehabilitation group was restored within 2 weeks, and that of intermaxillary traction group restored within 4 weeks. Conclusion： Postoperative rehabilitation could facilitate function restoration in early period.
