摘  要:乒乓球运动是集健身、娱乐、交流、交友于一体的全身性运动项目,深受大众喜爱。传统的运动方式是单手持拍。随着这项运动的发展和时代的进步,人们对健康的渴望和理解越来越深刻;由于生活节奏的加快和社会压力的不断加大,人们也在不断的探索和追求全面而有效的健身方法。双手拿拍打乒乓球不仅能全面锻炼身体、开发大脑浅能,而且还有很强的趣味性,是一个新的有效、有趣的健身方法。Table tennis is a wholly bodied sport of fitness,amusement, exehanging ideas and making friends.lt vins deep popularity of the mass.The traditional way of sport is to hold the racket with one hand. With the development of this sport and progress of the times. People have a deep understanding of the eagerness for being healthy.With the rapidness of life rhythm and the greatness of social pressure,people are also studying constantly and in pursuit of all - around and efficient way of being fitness .This article shows that holding the rackets with two hands can not only train your body completely ,and develop the potential of the brain,but also have many interests. Meanvdnle, it is a new,efflcient and interesting way of being healthy.
