摘　　要：通过调查研究与统计,对艺术体操教学中心理素质训练进行了新的探讨。概述了学生心理素质训练对艺术体操具有良好的影响,并从运动心理学的角度,对学生进行艺术体操动作技术教学过程中有意识地进行了心理素质训练,对此进行了具体的分析和研究,以便促进学生身心的全面发展。Through the investigation and statistics, the author discusses the psychological quality training in the artistic aerobatics teaching. The student psychological quality training has the good influence to the artistic aerobatics. From the movement psychology angle, in the process of the artictie aerobatics movemerit technology teaching, the psychological quality training has applied consciously to the student. In order to promote the full development of the students＇ body and mind, the cooncrete analysis and the research have used acorn：ling to it.
