留置带硅酮膜自膨式金属支架治疗晚期食管癌疗效观察

摘　　要：该文经内镜留置带硅酮膜的自膨式金属支架治疗已失去手术时机的晚期食管癌患者13例,其中3例合并食管—呼吸道瘘,12例1次留置成功,另1例GRZS留置偏下故在其基础上又重新留置1个GRZS,使两者重叠。术后患者吞咽困难消失,食管阻塞度由(3.6±0.48)级下降至(0.85±0.35)级,生活质量改善,体力增加,生存期延长,最长的生存13.5个月,为进一步治疗创造条件。Gianturco-Rosch silicon covered esophageal expandable metallic Z-stent (GRZS) was performed in 13 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma by endoscopy, all of whom had lost the opportunity for an operation. Esophageal respiratory fistulas were found to exist as complications in three patients. A single endoscopic GRZS was successfully inserted in twelve of the patients. The position of the initial endoscopic GRZS was lower in the remaining patients, so the second GRZS was overlapping. Post-operatively, the grade of esophageal obstruction descended from 3.6+0.48 to 0. 85 +0.35. The maximum survival rate was 13. 5 months. After the operation, dysphagia disappeared. The patient's quality of life improved, and the survival time was prolonged.
